Returns and Refund Policy

We are committed to supplying the best quality products and have been in the industry for almost two decades.

Replacement item will be offered if damaged in transit though please check the item for any damage before signing for it, also covers defective items that are non-repairable which will be replaced.

Refunds will not be offered for change of mind.

Refunds will not be offered for used items.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We could exchange the product if you ordered the wrong product, please note return shipping / delivery fees will apply.

Returns and Refunds

All returns must be notified within two weeks (14 days) of the
purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition with all original tags and labels attached.

  • Refunds will be offered if damaged in transit or are defective and we are unable to repair the item or provide a replacement.
  • Refunds will not be offered for change of mind.
  • Refunds will not be offered for used/word items.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • We could exchange the product if you ordered the wrong product with shipping fee.
  • We can exchange to other products as well.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

 

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 2-5 working days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
